RPA-001 — Automated User Onboarding

A workflow that runs itself, documented so anyone can replicate it.

Built a Power Automate Desktop workflow to automate bulk user onboarding for a customer support team. The automation parses a user list, launches the portal, loops through each entry, auto-populates all onboarding fields, and verifies registration with no manual input required. Delivered with a full SOP for team handoff and replication.
